He was professional and on time with everything. They got things packed up quickly. The only thing is make sure whatever agreement you make with them ...get it in writing. They charged me extra $50 when we arrived to my new apartment stating that I did not let them know it was on the third floor. We had the conversation over the phone, so just make sure whatever agreement you make get a confirmation message or email. Show more

Very professional, they paid by the hour but were rushing to get the job done instead of going slow to make more money . They even took apart dressers... & entertainment pieces & put them back up. They were great , so i tipped them due to moving all my furniture under 2hrs & hauled it from wlr to Alexander Arkansas. Will be using them again in the future !! Show more

They did not stick to the contract. Contract says they do not move televisions or glass items. Since the owner was trying to be overly friendly he att...empted to move three of my televisions and dropped one which I did not tell him to move, he did not want to pay for the television. Will not be using again, need someone more older and professional. Show more
